Sharing Chromium Keyring with non-NixOS Host

I am on Arch + Nix + AUR ungoogled-chromium. After migrating to home-manager + pkgs.ungoogled-chromium, the browser is unable to autofill passwords. Can it be configured to use the same password store as the AUR version?
