Sim Card not detected on Thinkpad X1 Carbon 8th

I have this laptop with dualboot with Win 11 and Nixos, in the windows side the sim card is shows and i can use the signal from sim card, but in the nixos not even wwan (idk if its have any correlation or not) is not shows up and its showed as blocked

i have try to search in the google but it was very wide and since diffrent laptop has diffrent model so i try with chatGPT and i somehow broke my touchpad (its working now) but what i know is that my sim card is blocked and there’s no drivers for that.

i have chcked the bios setting and moving beetwen windows and nixos and its still didnt work, if any of you have the same model and has found the workaround i would like to know

Windows is possibly hogging the device. Disable fastboot, shutdown cleanly from windows, might help.

i never use fastboot and i boot from grub and i barely touch windows side unless i need to do my homework (in this time i dont really use it)
