I quite liked this read.
We all fall into these traps occasionally, so it’s nice to be reminded of them. A few bad actors can easily discourage people from contributing, especially in OSS projects where we are competing for attention with a lot of other projects. Hopefully, by raising awareness, we can shield ourselves from them a bit.
