Strange problem with install?

this doesnt brick the install but i get this error. does this matter? can i fix this?

[root@nixos:/home/nixos]# parted /dev/sda – mkpart primary linux-swap -8GiB 100%

In theory the partition won’t perform as well. The problem seems to be the start position, see Parted - ArchWiki.
