Sudo updatedb ... permission denied?

I tried to run it and got this message:

$ sudo updatedb                                                                                                    ✹
[sudo] password for trusktr: 
/nix/store/0zdsw4qdrwi41mfdwqpxknsvk9fz3gkb-findutils-4.7.0/bin/find: '/run/user/1000/gvfs': Permission denied

Why might that be?

Because its some magic mountpoint used and created by Gnome.

Just ignore those error messages or exclude it from your searches.
