How do I use nixpkgs overlays system-wide? I’d like to use the wayland-overlay.
The solution described on the NixOS Wiki doesn’t seem to do anything.

I have instructions on the README of that repo that shows how to use it in a NixOS configuration.nix (direct link). It’s a point in time snapshot of how I was utilizing it at one point. Please feel free to open an issue if you have any problems with the documentation.
So that should be in configuration.nix and not somewhere else? I see…
