Try out the updated Nix backend in PackageKit with Flakes support

I’ve updated the PackageKit backend to support the latest changes in Nix. It now uses Flakes and the eval caching that has been merged in to Nix. If you could test it out and report back, that would be helpful. The NixOS branch is here:

We still need to wait for an official Nix release to merge it.
