I am trying to install Nix OS on my HP Spectre laptop. I just downloaded the Nix iso burned it to a USB and tried to boot from it on the laptop. But it fails at starting the Login Manager service. I am not sure what is wrong. I tried stable/unstable…minimal iso is tho only one that works.
when login manager fails, are you able to ctrl+alt+f1/2/3 to a tty and run journalctl to see any errors logged?
Nope, just blinking underscore. ctrl+alt+f1/2/3 does not do anything.
