Udev-hid-bpf, can’t find libbpf

Hi,

I’m trying to use Getting started — udev-hid-bpf documentation

and it fails at the meson setup builddir -Dbpfs=testing,stable,userhacks step

Run-time dependency libbpf found: NO (tried pkgconfig)

But I do have libbpf installed.

I tried as a systemPackage and as a dep for nix-ld and both, no luck :-/

What am I missing?
