Update xdg-desktop-portal-hyprland to 1.3.3

I’m not sure if this is the right place or tag to ask this, but xdg-desktop-portal-hyprland needs to be updated to v1.3.3 on channel 24.05 (currently shipping v1.3.1) because of a bug (xdg-desktop-portal-hyprland deleting files it should not be touching)

I believe the right way would be submitting a PR on GitHub, but since I’m still a newbie on Nix and NixOS I thought of asking here for someone more experienced to do it
