I have a VPN configured via services.openvpn.servers.<server_name>, and after upgrading from 23.05 to 23.11, it no longer works. I see errors that the network is unreachable, and it never gets to the TUN/TAP device tun0 opened step. Did something change regarding openvpn or the tun0 device? I read through the release notes but nothing jumped out at me.
