Using NixOS and systemd to make a Minecraft server start on-demand and stop when it has no player

This uses 100% vanilla systemd / NixOS / minecraft, the design can be reused with any TCP daemon and certainly UDP too.

Thank you @Solene for devising solutions that just use basic tools. I know we’re always using a ton of layers in software but it’s nice to see articles explaining solutions that do not require more layers.
