Where are the configuration files for plugins such as RoFi or Polybar?

I want to create my own theme for RoFi. But I don’t know where I can find the configuration file. Where does Nixos store such files?

Home Manager’s probably the easiest way to configure RoFi (I haven’t done this).

programs.rofi.configPath default is $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/rofi/config.rasi
