Where is the lix matrix room?

Per https://lix.systems/community/:

The easiest way to connect with us is to join our Matrix space, which will allow you to see previews of and join the most relevant community rooms.

However the space is broken and doesn’t load any rooms; I’ve tested with multiple independent clients on multiple devices. I can load other spaces just fine, so it’s a misconfig on the lix side. Anyone know the actual room names to join for general support questions?
