Oh, I’ve moved to @raboof@merveilles.town since a while now (and couldn’t use the account migration feature because quey.org went offline without any advance warning  )

Since this discourse thread is now a better source of fediverse addresses than the mastodon thread that started it - I moved a while back from the mastodon.social server to @dan@brvt.telent.net - single user server using the nixos pleroma module

Has anyone tried using Akkoma (Pleroma fork) with the module? Pleroma is doing I-don’t-know-what-but-its-not-good (seq scans of the users table, for no reason I can determine) to my postgresql, and Akkoma is rumoured to have fixed a bunch of sub-optimal queries

Giving it a try: @nobody@mastodon.acm.org

Replying to my own post … Pleroma 2.5 (in current unstable) is a lot less prone to caning the database than 2.4.x (in 22.11). I upgraded my otherwise-running-nixos-stable VPS to allow it
