Why is nixpkgs-update not updating python3Packages.vcard?

According to the log from a week ago nixpkgs-update is building the v0.15.4 tag, but v0.16.1 has been available for a month. What gives?

Update: Looks like this should fix the actual issue.

Yeah I’ve been wondering about other packages too that I saw have an updater script but people irregularly send pull requests due to the updater not working (anytype and factorio) but I haven’t found the time and understanding to dig into it.
