I’m having an issue where my yubikey is intermittently not recognized by the operating system. It seems to be a NixOS specific issue because other distros don’t have this issue with this specific yubikey. When gpg --card-status and ssh fail to recognize the key I have to restart for them to be recognized again.
Hmm also using yubikey but did not see such thing for a while. Does it help to re-plug the key in such cases, instead of restarting? (Trying to determine if it’s about udev or similar). Also any related journalctl lines?
