[Poll] Nix Hour Iteration 3, new date and time

The Nix Hour is a weekly live-streamed and recorded Q&A-style lecture on Nix from Tweag, hosted by me and co-hosted by @YorikSar, open for anyone to join and bring any question about Nix or just listen in.

Currently the Nix Hour happens every Tuesday 19:00 CEST. In order to switch things up a bit and enable other people to attend live as well, we’ll be searching for a new time for the Nix Hour. To make things simple, we’re targeting Thursday from 13:00 CEST to 19:00 CEST (six 1 hour slots).

The timeline for the next few Nix Hours is as follows:

  • Tuesday, 2023-08-01T17:00:00Z: Nix Hour #38
  • Tuesday, 2023-08-08T17:00:00Z: Nix Hour #39
  • Thursday, 2023-08-16T22:00:00Z, time to be decided: Nix Hour #40

So, if you’re interested in joining the Nix Hour, especially if you haven’t been able to join so far, please vote for the times that work for you. The poll will be closed at 2023-08-08T17:00:00Z when Nix Hour #39 starts, where the new time will be announced.

For the benefit of everyone who are not in CEST, consider using GMT?

You can click the times to get to a website that converts it to your local timezone. Everybody is in different time zones so I don’t think adding one more would help much :sweat_smile:

Note that the first Nix Hour at the new time is 2023-08-17T16:00:00Z!
