## Description of changes Adds binary package for Owncloud Infinite Scale Sta…ck. Fixes #230190. There are currently issues building ocis for Nix independently, leaving us with options to fetch the prebuilt binary or the prebuilt container. the binary itself appears to run, but I'll do more testing with NixOS module until comfortable enough for a PR.  ## Things done - Built on platform(s) - [x] x86_64-linux - [ ] aarch64-linux - [ ] x86_64-darwin - [ ] aarch64-darwin - For non-Linux: Is sandboxing enabled in `nix.conf`?
