mysqlBackup: use rsyncable compression

## Description of changes This adds a `gzipOptions` option to `mysqlBackup` a…nd defaults it to `--no-name --rsyncable`. * Besides rsync, `--rsyncable` benefits backup tools that use content based chunking to reduce the amount of data that has to be stored. In my experiments, it increased the resulting file by about 2%, which is an acceptable tradeoff IMO. * `--no-name` prevents gzip from adding a timestamp to the file. ## Description of changes This change causes the default login keyring to aut…omatically unlock in situation where user has the same LUKS password as the keyring/user password. With this we can enable autologin in GNOME the NixOS-way, switch to the new configuration, boot the system up, input LUKS password to decrypt drive and be dropped straight into desktop without annoying "Authentication required" popup for keyring unlocking (if keyring password matches LUKS password). This is actually mimicking the configuration of PAM added in this commit upstream https://github.com/GNOME/gdm/commit/31ed6f2b3f1ab45ae07aad41c13a51ba91fd159d and in my opinion brings an UX improvement to NixOS on par with Fedora for example. Note that I don't have much knowledge about PAM. I've just put some pieces together, tested if it works and made a PR. ## Description of changes Attempts to fix https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/is…sues/155475 . The issue is intermittent (and occurs when making HTTPS requests) so it is not trivial to reproduce in the test. However, this fix has been confirmed by multiple people to remedy the problem (see the linked issue). ## Description of changes Cloudflare warp is a VPN service which uses Cloudfl…are's network built on WireGuard. Warp has free plans and there's a thing called WARP+ (which I haven't used personally) which is a paid subscription. The derivations for the warp tooling are already in `nixpkgs` as `pkgs.cloudflare-warp`. Especially around tests for a service like this, a basic `nixosTest` which enables the service and checks that its up would be easy to do, but I imagine we wouldn't want tests actually attempting to register as VPN user. Some background: * looks like there was an attempt to get a module in for this service before: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/168092 this fizzled and was closed after some back and forth on the PR * an open issue with a request for this module: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/213177 I've been using this module for a few weeks without issue at work so I'm confident in the basic functionality. I attempted some `DynamicUser` configuration as a hardening step but the service reads/writes to `/etc/resolv.conf` so I've only been able to make this service work as intended while running as root. ## Description of changes 1. This PR remove `removeReferencesTo` since it mak…es no difference for calibre now, you can check it using `nix path-info -S .#calibre`. 1. This PR avoid wrapping `PYTHONPATH` into program, instead I use `python.withPackages` and let fixupPhase replace `!/usr/bin/env python` to the wrapped python automatically. I'll open another PR to build calibre from git source after 7.13 is released. This change ensure `sphinx` won't be regarded as a runtime dependency due to `PYTHONPATH`. 1. This PR add two args (`popplerSupport` and `speechSupport`) for users to override. In arch linux repo, `poppler_utils` and `speechd` are optional dependencies, so I add these options. Another reason is that [someone wants the option](https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/289684#issuecomment-1962919157). 1.
