I’ve got a trivial fix to make openscad properly wrapped so that it works in unpolluted environments. I think this is an easy one so hopefully nobody minds me soliciting a quick look here in this thread.

This app needs the wrapGAppsHook so that the GLib schemas are available at runti… me, otherwise it will crash when a file dialog is invoked in an unpolluted environment.
Fixes the GSettings errors

## Description of changes
This PR adds a [GitButler](https://gitbutler.com) p… ackage that builds from source.
Unfortunately quite a lot needs to be vendored, including the Yarn lockfile (#231513), which needs to be regenerated and may differ from the upstream pnpm lockfile.
Alternative to #289131.
Closes #288567.
macOS is untested as webkitgtk has been broken for years.
If you're interested in maintaining as well, feel free to let me know or make a PR into my branch adding yourself.

This PR modifies the following aspects of the `slskd` module:
- it fixes the behaviour of the nginx configuration in order to actually take the `enable` option into account, as it was not the case before;
- it removes the `enableACME` option of the nginx configuration, as this is not the responsibility of this module to enable it (users could want to set up the proxy host with e.g. the `useACMEHost` option; see other web-related modules like `nextcloud`);
- it adds a `bindAddress` option for the nginx proxy, which tells nginx which address to use to contact slskd. Indeed, this is necessary in some scenarios, as slskd might be reachable from a specific interface, and not `lo`;
- it generates the config at service startup, which makes it writable. This allows for later modifications at runtime, which is necessary in order to update e.g. the listening port if it is obtained dynamically. This is also the approach taken by the `transmission` module for instance. Password is now provided through a `passwordFile` for consistency with this new approach (again, following what is done in the transmission module)
I am aware that this last change breaks the behaviour of the existing module, as it replaces the existing `environmentFile`. Feel free to tell me how to modify my request in order to either combine both behaviours or deprecate the previous method, etc., as this is my first pull request here :)

## Description of changes
Adds a NixOS module for `inadyn`.
`inadyn` does … not use a standard configuration file format, so some custom logic is needed to render nix options into a configuration file. Every current option should be correctly handled.
Rather than running as a daemon, `inadyn` is used in one-shot mode at user-defined intervals, as it will be idle most of the time. The default interval is set to every minute, which is the case when using daemon-mode. I have also tried to harden the service as much as I can.
I have tested this successfully with my personal simple `inadyn` configuration, but would appreciate it if other users can confirm this module works for them.
Closes #242330, and if merged before 23.11 stable NixOS users shouldn't be without a dyanamic dns client :partying_face:

Simple fix with few dependencies, can be tested easily.

## Description of changes
zsync failed to build with clang (which broke darwi… n in particular). This fixes it.
I originally found the fix in [this HomeBrew formula](https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/blob/f800f85efed9312a1abc5fcf7f1269576a3f2d95/Formula/z/zsync.rb#L32).
I tested the built binary like this:

zsync http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/daily-live/current/noble-desktop-amd64.iso.zsync
```
Aborting the download and starting it again worked, it continued at the same percentage mark. So I'm very certain that the compilation error really is a mistake, and suppressing it is not an issue.
I also took the opportunity to migrate zsync to by-name.
