## Description of changes Remove bower. It's been unmaintained for multiple yea…rs(as of writing, last commit was 2 years ago), and packages should be using npm, yarn, pnpm, or some other package manager. There are no packages that depend on bower or bower2nix in-tree, so it should be safe to drop. Related tools such as bower2nix as well as the bower section of the manual(which hasn't been touched content-wise in 4 years) have been removed. ## Description of changes Two changes: 1. The `abjad` build was broken wit…h a ModuleNotFoundError, so I added the relative module to dependencies. 2. The `--replace` option was deprecated, so I replaced it with `--replace-fail` for robustness. ## Description of changes This sets `nose` as required for runtime otherwise …the build fails with: ``` @nix { "action": "setPhase", "phase": "pythonRuntimeDepsCheckHook" } Running phase: pythonRuntimeDepsCheckHook Executing pythonRuntimeDepsCheck Checking runtime dependencies for changefinder-0.1-py3-none-any.whl - nose not installed ``` I assume [this](https://github.com/shunsukeaihara/changefinder/blob/58c8c32f127b9e46f9823f36221f194bdb6f3f8b/setup.py#L18) line in `setup.py` is the culprit. The package seems abandoned and hasn't been updated in ~7 years. ## Description of changes Fixes #177798. It wasn't building due to a re-defin…ed function introduced in `pkgs/os-specific/linux/broadcom-sta/linux-5.17.patch`. I also formatted all the patches with `git format-patch` so that they're easy to apply on top of an extracted tarball, and added patch metadata so that the commits that result are true to their origins. Patch `pkgs/os-specific/linux/broadcom-sta/i686-build-failure.patch` is removed as it was already applied. ## Description of changes This adds a `gzipOptions` option to `mysqlBackup` a…nd defaults it to `--no-name --rsyncable`. * Besides rsync, `--rsyncable` benefits backup tools that use content based chunking to reduce the amount of data that has to be stored. In my experiments, it increased the resulting file by about 2%, which is an acceptable tradeoff IMO. * `--no-name` prevents gzip from adding a timestamp to the file. ## Description of changes The zabbix web module has only an `httpd` (Apache) …config part. This forces the user to either use `httpd` for every service on the machine or implement an own solution to serve the php files from zabbix. This PR now adds a config part to use `nginx` as webserver. The original config can remain untouched and it will continue to serve `zabbix` files over `httpd`. To use `nginx` the following config can be used: ``` services.zabbixWeb = { enable = true; database.socket = "/run/postgresql"; hostname = "monitor.localhost"; frontend = "nginx"; }; ``` To make reviewing easier, there are two commits. One with the above changes and one with only formatting changes. ## Description of changes Init of [blenderfarm](https://github.com/LogicReinc…/LogicReinc.BlendFarm) `blenderfarm` is an "open-source, cross-platform, stand-alone, Network Renderer for Blender". It can support chunking and rendering of still-images as well as animations over the network. Due to its architecture it needs some workarounds for the client (which is basically the master and has a GUI) and the server (which is a headless worker). For the server part this PR implements a nixos systemd service which the client can connect to. The workarounds are necessary due to `blenderfarm` reading and writing to the directory it is executed from. This can have some undesired sideeffects (such as having renders and setting files in different directories). By adding a custom script `blenderfarm-nix` this is fixed by changing the directory before executing the client. Also `blenderfarm` wants to download blender on all systems by itself and tries to use this downloaded vanilla version. This obviously doesn't work for nixos. Therefore `blenderfarm-nix` links to blender and installs a version called `nix-blender`. The server systemd service also installs such a `nix-blender` version. By doing so, `blenderfarm` can use this version on the client and server and both are agreeing on this version. Tested locally on several nixos x86_64-linux machines and VM's.
