A Ghidra extension. I think this will wind up being the first one to use the new Gradle infrastructure. (Before the new Gradle infrastructure, there were no Java-based Ghidra extensions, probably because managing the dependencies was such a pain before. Now it’s easy!)

## Description of changes
Adds the [ghidra-delinker-extension](https://github… .com/boricj/ghidra-delinker-extension). This is a Ghidra extension that implements a delinking algorithm, allowing you to take a linked binary and "delink" it back into object file(s), either ELF (x86 or MIPS) or COFF (x86) object files.
If merged, this will become the first Ghidra extension in Nixpkgs that uses the new Gradle hook and mitm proxy setup to collect additional external dependencies. Making most Ghidra extensions compile correctly previously was extremely difficult, but with this new system it is relatively easy. Hopefully, this can act as a blueprint for getting other Ghidra extensions compiling easier.
Tested on x86-64_linux, alongside all of the other Ghidra extensions, using:
```console
$ nix repl
nix-repl> :l .
...
nix-repl> :u ghidra.withExtensions (a: (map (key: builtins.getAttr key a) (builtins.attrNames a)))
$ ghidra
```

NixOS:master
← josephst:feat/recyclarr-from-source
opened 06:17PM - 07 Oct 23 UTC
## Description of changes
Build from source, using changes suggested from @al… doborrero (https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/commit/fb9b1b98e379c592e9b25b5485937bdbfa0d5666).
Requires patching out a Git version check in source (as the fetchFromGithub helper doesn't pull entire git history and `.git` folder).
`update.sh` changed to update source, rather than binary. Package bumped to 6.0.2.

Changes from packaging a pre-built binary (from upstream) to building from source with buildDotnetModule
This will be a bit polemic:
This will migrate installShellFiles to by-name, rework it and add a new installBin
function.

## Description of changes
~~The nawk part was taken before https://github.com… /NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/332084, but it is here for demonstration purposes.~~
The rationales of this PR are better understood by reading the commit messages, but an executive resume is:
- migrate to by-name
- create a test directory instead of a test file
- new function installBin
