Updating programs.yubikey-touch-detector which is been open for a while

Change adds configuration options for the service `yubikey-touch-detector` into … the program configuration.
commit [9b4abd6546fb87ab9fac4f2d77598417c6a17803 ](https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/commit/9b4abd6546fb87ab9fac4f2d77598417c6a17803) removed opinionated configuration from the `yubikey-touch-detector` package, this change exposes them via configuration options.
## Description of changes
Added three configurations options to `programs.yubikey-touch-detector`.
1. `libnotify` -- sends notifications using libnotify
2. `unixSocket` -- sends notifications to a unixSocket
3. `verbose` -- enables verbose logging
The configuration is injected with environment variables, people can still override it with service config files (`.config/yubikey-touch-detector/service.conf`)
Tested with building my system image with the new module code.
I'm not sure if the change is significant enough to warrant a release note (it keeps the functionality before [9b4abd6546fb87ab9fac4f2d77598417c6a17803 ](https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/commit/9b4abd6546fb87ab9fac4f2d77598417c6a17803)) with default configuration.

Faster SquashFS decompression of Nix Store for ISO and Netboot installer; use threads=multi squashfs mount option.

## Description of changes
The SquashFS filesystem supports running multiple d… ecompression threads but this must be enabled via the `threads` mount option.
## Things done
Added `threads=multi` to ISO and netboot installer images where a squashfs Nix store is mounted.
Tested building and installing NixOS via a customized ISO installer that's ~5GB (ISO size) and ~16GB installed.
Found considerable performance improvement under both `XZ` and `Zstd` (used isoImage.squashfsCompression = "zstd -Xcompression-level 5"). When `threads=multi` is used, the `mount` command will show the effective `theads=N` option used based on the running systems core count. In this case `theads=40`.
XZ + threads=single: 60 minutes
XZ + threads=40: 22 minutes
Zstd (level 5) + threads=single: 12 minutes
Zstd (level 5) + threads=40: 4 minutes
So about a 3x improvement for both XZ and Zstd SquashFS. This benchmark is of course very hardware dependent. The flash drive used had a read speed of ~150MB/s sequential. The installation system has a i7-1370P which has 20 threads (6P cores w/ HT, 8E cores w/o HT). The installation target drive is an NVMe drive.

I updated SWI-Prolog to the latest version, and included some other changes, notably, a rename of the toplevel attributes of this package from swiProlog to swi-prolog. Unfortunately that has tripped nixpkgs-vet about a ‘new’ package that is not being put in the by-name structure, in my opinion unnecessarily so.
I would really appreciate some advice on how to handle this, and a review of the work in general.

###### Description of changes
Changed using ONEKEY [f… ork](https://github.com/onekey-sec/sasquatch) of sasquatch which is up-to-date with squashfs-tools 4.5.1 and the Darwin compatibility patch shipped in Nixpkgs applies cleanly as well.
I have chosen to override the `squashfsTools` derivation, as this fork is entirely compatible with that version. I am open to critique on this. I wasn't sure copying from squashfstools or lifting a `generic.nix` base derivation out of it is the better solution. Existing NixOS test is also nice to have as a validation, although it may be overkill here.
