This closes the last gap for issue https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/166499#issuecomment-2543454843. Since https://github.com/janeczku/calibre-web/commit/b7aaa0f24dd5142b05fff19b58913930f9910b28 (calibre-web 0.6.22), calibre-web requires a setting `config_binariesdir` to be available which provides access to the `calibredb` binary for metadata management during book export. Updated both the udev rules and the wootility. The simplified udev rules from th…e vendor now use uaccess tag which uses logind to give access to logged in users instead of giving access to the input group. Updated the module description to remove mention of the input group. Wootility was updated to the latest stable release.
