Currently the module's `DynamicUser` does not exist at build time and therefore …this module's secrets file can't be assigned appropriate (e.g. 0400) permissions without additional configuration. This change uses `LoadCredential` to read the secrets file with elevated privileges and place then into the service-specific credentials directory, where the dynamic user can access them. This will allow using standard approaches to nix secrets (such as sops, agenix), which by default provide an out-of-store `0400 root:root` file. Also updates the nixos test using an `0400 root:root` secrets file to help protect against regression. I have now activated the cli tool from gz-cmake. Therefore, in the long term, I will probably have to check all the gazebo libraries I have built so far to see if they are compatible with the cli tool.

This pr still only has one review after months!

It is a popular tool for Dwarf Fortress players that has been getting exposure by some YouTubers as well (such as Blind, VonGalactic, etc) and right now nobody on Linux has packaged it yet.

The open source tool allows for in-depth exploration of Dwarf Fortress legends mode with a lot of views and details that would otherwise be hard or impossible to view in-game. It also supports dfhack legends_plus exports!

I narrowed down a build failure with an 'argument too long' error, to the size o…f my activation script, which is passed as an argument to a shell during activation. It had grown quite huge, due to having ~75 agenix secrets in my config, which generates quite a lot of activation script for each key. I figured the best way to solve this issue was in NixOS: instead of concatenating the contents of each activationScript entry in a single file, we could generate individual script files to the nix store for each activationScript entry, and source each of them in the main activation script. Updated `megasync` to version 5.14.0.2 and new hash, added myself to maintainers… and added my name to `maintainers/maintainer-list.nix`.
