Adds vlagent to nixpkgs which is an agent to collect logs from compatible source…s and forward them to a victorialogs instance. With vlagent one can protect a victorialogs instance with basic auth and insert logs via non accessible endpoints from localhost to vlagent without any authentication. That results in having a quite easy setup without tinkering with mTLS. The provisioning script can be configured to validate the server certificate, bu…t the unit lockdown prevents access to the trusted certificate authority (ca) bundle. Made some fixes to our borgmatic service for configurations with filesystem hooks; I’ve tested against my zfs systems and all seems good.

Could use testing from btrfs / lvm users.

Closes #430233. Borgmatic includes support for [ snapshots](https://torsion.o…rg/borgmatic/docs/how-to/snapshot-your-filesystems/) with ZFS, BRTFS, and LVM. However, the upstream systemd unit does not support these features by default. This PR detects whether filesystem snapshots are configured and makes necessary edits to the unit. nixos/services.resolved: Move to systemd tooling

This pr moves `service.resolved` from using its own somewhat custom config file …generation to using the standard `systemd` config file generation tooling. This allows for exposing its config options more easily, and indeed exposes all currently available options from upstream. Building cross compilers fails because libstdc++-target.patch does not apply: … > Running phase: patchPhase > applying patch /nix/store/m65mm399kh8q6h8k836hln3h0y8k7lw7-libstdc++-target.patch > patching file Makefile.in > Hunk #1 succeeded at 303 (offset 37 lines). > Hunk #2 FAILED at 292. > 1 out of 2 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file Makefile.in.rej As I understand the patch, it was supposed to fix GCC cross compiler for mingw32. I built mingw32/mingwW64/aarch64-multiplatform/riscv64 cross compilers on x86_64-linux without applying the patch, and it does not seem necessary anymore. It's possible we didn't need this patch for quite a while, but I haven't tested that.
