Simple version bump to avoid breakage + update-script setup to prevent this in the future,

## Things done
Added `nix-update-script` and ran it to update to the lastest … version (which should fix the build with the 7.2 kernel).
I had to tweak the derived version from "0" to "0.2.0" because the source repo doesn't currently have tags (https://github.com/AliEmreSenel/zenpower3/issues/9).

Quote variable in `umask "$old_umask"` to satisfy shellcheck SC2086.
The `pre… Start` script in the traccar NixOS module used an unquoted variable in `umask $old_umask`, causing the systemd unit script build to fail with a shellcheck SC2086 error.

I have two PRs that address build failures on macOS:
Both are relatively simple, have been nixpkgs-review’ed, and follow the same format as an existing merged PR, so they should not take too long to review.
