Supersedes #562361. Updates `aliyun-cli` to 3.5.1 and makes it usable again: 3.…5.0 moved the OpenAPI metadata into a new `bundledmeta` package with two build modes, and a plain build produces a binary that panics on every invocation. ### Why the plain update could not be merged Upstream 3.5.0 split metadata loading into: - the default ("dev") build (`//go:build !aliyun_cli_packed_meta`), which reads `$ALIYUN_CLI_META_DIR` or `./aliyun-openapi-meta` at runtime, and - the release build (`-tags aliyun_cli_packed_meta`), which embeds a `bundledmeta/.generated/canonical.pack` produced by `go generate ./bundledmeta`. The `Makefile` and `.github/workflows/release.yml` always run `go generate ./bundledmeta` and build with that tag. Fixes OpenVINO NPU support on NixOS by adding the source-built [OpenVINO Intel N…PU Compiler](https://github.com/openvinotoolkit/npu_compiler) to `hardware.cpu.intel.npu.enable` and fixing runtime library lookup. Without these, NPU compilation fails and ONNX Runtime falls back to CPU. The compiler libraries go into `/run/opengl-driver/lib` beside `libze_intel_npu.so`, where the runtime loader looks for them. Unlike #553041, this builds from source. Thanks to @0xMRTT for the groundwork. - Uses upstream's `cid-linux` preset with pinned OpenVINO and LLVM/MLIR sources. The Python updater keeps the compiler and its `openvinoSrc` pin together; the standalone `openvino` package is versioned independently. - Fixes OpenVINO's Level Zero `dlopen` dependency and driver RUNPATH, and adds a maintainer. - The package is named `openvino-intel-npu-compiler` after upstream's README title, "OpenVINO™ Intel® NPU Compiler", lowercased and hyphenated with the trademark symbols dropped. This matches the `openvino-*` naming of the other OpenVINO packages. - Build: about 22 minutes on 24 cores; upstream recommends at least 32 GB RAM. Output: about 142 MB. ## Testing Tested on Arrow Lake-S with intel-npu-driver 1.38.0 and OpenVINO 2026.4.0 using an explicit library path. Removing the compiler makes NPU compilation fail. - Synthetic static model (`MatMul`+`Add`): NPU matches CPU with relative error `3.0e-4`; NPU busy time rises about 1.2 ms per inference while CPU and GPU stay at 0. - Real ASR model (OpenVINO Whisper-tiny encoder, static 30 s): compiles and runs on NPU and GPU, output matches CPU, and NPU busy time is about 63 ms per encoder pass. - Models with unbounded dynamic shapes (for example the streaming Zipformer used by fcitx5-vinput) still fail to compile on NPU and GPU until bounded. The runtime-path fix means OpenVINO resolves Level Zero through its own RUNPATH, so loading the NPU plugin no longer depends on `LD_LIBRARY_PATH`. `openvino-genai` does not build on current `master`. Upstream's #4531 only removes this first one, which is why pinning the standard is used instead. </details> Pinning `CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD=17` fixes the whole class at once and matches OpenVINO, which sets the same default in `cmake/developer_package/compile_flags/os_flags.cmake`. Since it is a build flag rather than a source patch, it keeps working for later versions. I did not carry the upstream partial fix ([openvinotoolkit/openvino.genai#4531](https://github.com/openvinotoolkit/openvino.genai/pull/4531), which only addresses the first error) or pin `gcc15Stdenv`: the standard pin is smaller and matches how upstream itself builds this. Part of the GCC 16 fallout; working towards #537781. ## Verification - Built on x86_64-linux: the full C++ test suite runs and passes (674 tests) with this change. - The affected files are identical in `2026.4.1.0`, so the fix carries over to the next update. FlightDeck searches for its schema files (`caelestia_variables.json`, `options.j…son`, `hyprland_options.json`, and plugin definitions) in `/usr/share/flightdeck` and `appDir + "/../data/schema"`. On NixOS: - CMake installs the schemas into `${out}/share/flightdeck/schema`. - `/usr/share/flightdeck` does not exist. - `appDir + "/../data/schema"` does not exist (installed in `share/`, not `data/`). Because no schemas were located at runtime: 1. `CaelestiaVars` loaded zero variable schema definitions, causing `formatLua()` to iterate through an empty sections list and wipe `~/.config/caelestia/hypr-vars.lua` with an empty table (`return {}`) upon closing or saving settings. 2. `HyprlandSchema` loaded zero options, preventing FlightDeck from parsing existing values or applying setting modifications correctly. [CSM](https://github.com/ngageoint/csm) (Community Sensor Model) is the standard… C++ API between sensor exploitation tools and sensor model plugins, used for both terrestrial and planetary imagery. It provides `libcsmapi`, which is needed by USGS ISIS3 and the usgscsm camera-model plugin. Notes: - Source is the canonical upstream `ngageoint/csm`. The `USGS-Astrogeology/csm` repository is an older fork. - Upstream only ships per-platform Makefiles. The package uses the generic `Makefile` and passes the compiler and linker flags itself, because `Makefile.linux64` forces the pre-C++11 libstdc++ ABI (`-D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0`). [pvl](https://github.com/planetarypy/pvl) is a Python implementation of the Para…meter Value Language, the label format used by NASA's PDS3 archive and by USGS ISIS cube files. It is a common dependency of planetary-science Python tools (ALE, plio, kalasiris, …) and a first step towards packaging USGS ISIS3 and its ecosystem in Nixpkgs. Notes: - The `multidict` extra is not offered: the experimental `PVLMultiDict` built on it is broken with multidict >= 6.4.4 (planetarypy/pvl#111). `paswitch-rs` swaps all PulseAudio output to a sink matched by name, description…, or any other `pactl list` attribute, instead of by its numeric id. It also lists sinks and offers interactive selection. Update context-mode 1.0.143 -> 1.0.169. Release notes: https://github.com/mksglu…/context-mode/releases/tag/v1.0.169 (see the 1.0.144-1.0.168 tags for the intervening versions). The previous packaging only installed the MCP server payload, so nothing ever loaded context-mode's opencode plugin: `build/` was never copied, and `package.json`'s `main`/`exports` both point at `build/adapters/opencode/plugin.js`. That entry is unbundled ESM resolving its dependencies through a `node_modules` directory the npm tarball does not contain, so copying `build/` alone isn't enough - opencode drops the plugin because it can't import zod. Two shims fix this: - `build/server.js` is replaced with a re-export of the pre-bundled `server.bundle.mjs`, so the `@modelcontextprotocol/sdk` tree and its 16 dependencies never need resolving. Only `zod` is vendored. - `plugin-function.mjs` wraps context-mode's `{ id, server }` object export in a function, since opencode's file-path plugin loader is documented as expecting one. Kept as a harmless defensive no-op - not reproduced in isolated testing on this opencode build (both export shapes loaded fine), but a real fix if some opencode build or invocation path needs it. - Fixes #479508. `createLocalPostgreSQL` no longer checks `host == "localhost"`,… so `host = "/run/postgresql"` with `createLocally = true` now creates the database - Fixes #479948.
