Using n-g-c with --flake option will generate a config that is effectively _unbu…ildable_ with nixos-rebuild (#181471) unless additional options are passed explicitly. This _will_ cause confusion for new users who aren't aware of what those additional options would be, and in any case, using `--flake` is an explicit statement that the system should support flakes. Hence, we should enable said features in the config of those who are opting in in this manner.
